MESSAGE RECEIVED—{organization removed} Agency Voice—transforming agent-customer interactions

We’re rolling out Agency Voice (AAV), a new phone system and analytic tool, fully integrated with Allstate’s existing network. For the first time, AAV will provide a consistent communication platform across the enterprise, one that features cutting-edge artificial intelligence and data sharing tools to help agents grow their business and better serve our customers.

This new technology was designed with both our agents and customers in mind. AAV utilizes a sophisticated compliance engine to conform to all federal and state regulations, providing stability to our agency force. It also serves as an interactive platform for client service education and coaching—AAV offers agents and their leaders access to call data and analytics in real time in order to highlight their strengths, identify coachable moments and cultivate best practices toward a holistic model for customer service behavior.

AAV also provides a seamless user experience—agents can access the tech via mobile, desk phone or software-based phone, with data synced across all devices. The system went live in February with more than 1,400 agents onboarded to date. Their ongoing feedback is helping to improve AAV, and the system will incrementally evolve and expand throughout the year.
