To Our Northland Family,

Never underestimate what a small group of like-minded individuals can accomplish when their passion and persistence come together. You began this journey two decades ago with a handful of enthusiastic and dedicated employees on the campus of Magee University. Since that time, you’ve grown into one of the cornerstones of our enterprise technology framework.

Today, with more than 220 IT professionals performing a variety of innovative, critical business support services, you’ve done your part to help this organization become an industry leader in technology, data, cybersecurity and finance. But perhaps more important, you’ve created and maintained a diverse and collaborative culture, one built on a foundation of respect, recognition and reward.

From the Pavilion to Claremont church, from Strand Road to Northland—the location may have changed, but you’ve always managed to make it a home. Twelve of you have been a part of this from the very beginning—we thank you for pioneering our vision. Many other faces have come and gone through the years, but what has always remained constant is your commitment to excellence, and the unity and collaboration on display that continues to serve as an example for the entire organization.

It is important to acknowledge our history and celebrate the passage of time. But today we take a moment to also recognize the evolution of an outstanding work community, one that has remained a family by focusing on the personal as well as the professional.
